The short version
The Playbook is an educational toolkit for parents, currently in beta. It’s not professional advice; you own what you make; don’t abuse it; the beta is provided as-is and may change. If you ever pay and it doesn’t help, the refund policy is deliberately generous.
What this is (and beta status)
The Family AI Playbook provides guides, prompts, templates, and small tools that help parents use AI well. It is a beta: features, tiers, and prices are provisional; things may change, move between tiers, or occasionally break. We work to preserve your account and settings across changes, but during the beta we can’t guarantee every feature or piece of content will remain available in its current form.
You stay the parent
Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice, and none of it substitutes for a qualified professional or your own judgment. AI tools make mistakes — sometimes confidently. Review outputs before acting on them, especially for anything involving health, safety, school, or money. AI is the co-pilot; you’re always the pilot.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep control of your sign-in email — it is your key. Sign-in uses one-time codes; if your email is compromised, tell us.
- One household per account; don’t share beyond your family.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Playbook to harm anyone, break the law, harass, or create content that endangers children. Don’t scrape, resell, or republish the content library, probe the service’s security, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do — with a warning where reasonable, immediately where necessary.
Content & ownership
- Yours: everything you type, and everything you create with third-party AI tools using our prompts, is yours. We claim no rights over it.
- Ours: the Playbook’s guides, prompts, templates, design, and name are ours (or licensed to us). Your plan grants a personal, non-transferable license for your family’s use — not for redistribution or resale.
- What the license doesn’t cover: you may not reuse, reproduce, or republish the Playbook’s content — including the prompts and prompt templates — outside your own personal and family use without our written permission. In plain terms: don’t resell it or include it in paid products or courses; don’t repackage it as AI “skills,” agents, GPTs, plugins, or prompt packs; don’t publish it open-source or post the library anywhere public. Sharing a single prompt with a friend is fine; sharing the collection is not. If you want to build on our content, ask — we’re genuinely easy to talk to.
- Third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs, and friends) are separate services under their own terms and privacy policies. What you paste into them is between you and them — which is exactly why the Playbook teaches what not to paste.
Plans & payments
The free tier is free. Paid tiers shown during the beta are provisional, and payments are not yet enabled. When they launch: prices will be shown clearly before you pay, purchases will be processed by a payment provider under their buyer terms, subscriptions will renew until cancelled (cancelling stops future charges), and every purchase is covered by the refund policy.
Service, warranties & liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it up, secure, and correct, but we don’t warrant uninterrupted service or error-free content. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the greater of what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £50 — and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited (for example, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence), and nothing reduces consumer rights that the law gives you regardless of contract.
Governing law & disputes
[Working-draft note: the operating entity and its home jurisdiction are being finalized — this clause will then name the governing law and courts, expected to be England & Wales or Mexico.] Until then: if something goes wrong, contact us first — a person reads every message and most things are fixable in a day. If you’re a consumer, you always keep the protections and forum rights of the country you live in.
Housekeeping
- Changes: we’ll update these terms as the product grows and change the date above; for significant changes, signed-in users will be told. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
- Severability: if one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand.
- Entire agreement: these terms plus the privacy policy and refund policy are the whole deal between us for the beta.
